Regular daily mindfulness provides students with a strong foundation to improve executive function and reduce stress. There are two test taking practices specifically designed for elementary grades and middle/high school age groups. One practice is two minutes in length which can be played immediately before an exam. The longer practice is ideal for the days leading up to the testing period.
