INNER EXPLORER INVITES YOU TO REGISTER FOR THE SUMMER PROGRAM

In partnership with Los Angeles Unified School District, Inner Explorer is providing full access to our daily mindfulness program this whole summer to support you and your students.

When you start each day with mindfulness, you create a more focused and calm day of learning and fun.

Reduce Stress

HOW DO I START?

Beginning a mindfulness practice can be intimidating so we have a few quick and easy ways to help you get started! You will be glad you did!

1) 21 Day Challenge

The 21 Day Mindfulness Quest is a great opportunity for you and your students to start a new day with a positive and uplifting practice to reduce your stress and enhance your sense of wellbeing. Practice every weekday for 21 days straight and build a healthy habit with positive rewards!

For Education In the Practice Area of your Inner Explorer account, click on the badge icon in the upper right corner to get started. The platform will record each day that you practice. Miss a day? Click on “Restart Quest” and begin again!

For Families You can begin the 21 Day Quest in the Statistics area of your @Home app. Once you begin, you will get a series of notifications reminding you to practice. If you miss any days, you can simply restart your practice and begin again!

2) Activities

Below are some optional activities to do that include simple strategies to reinforce Inner Explorer’s mindfulness practices. These activities are designed to help you slow down, stay present and build awareness. And they are fun!

3) Mindfulness Calendar

One of the best ways to build motivation is to track your progress. Here are calendars for July and August with additional suggestions to incorporate mindfulness activities into your daily routine. Print these out, hang them in your home or classroom, and check off the days that you practice mindfulness. In a few short weeks you will notice changes in your stress level, improved quality of sleep, and overall sense of awareness from staying present.
